Returns

Due to the personal‑care nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace the item at no cost.
